Sergeant Peterson has discovered an area infested with dangerous mutants, and wants you to clear the location.

Quest Stages

0	Playtesting Stage.
5	Holding Stage.
10	Startup.
15	Unused.
20	Player takes quest.
40	Player cleared location.	Sergeant Peterson asked me to eliminate some mutants currently occupying a high value area.
50	Player turns in quest.	I need to return to Sergeant Peterson and let him know that I've eliminated the mutants.
255	Shutdown.
355	Failure.
1000	Player refused quest.

This quest is repeatable, and becomes available after completing Humanity Must Shape Their Tools.
