This quest can be failed if the player gets kicked out of the Institute while the quest is active. If this happens, the quest skips.
If the player is already kicked out of the Institute when this quest starts, the quest will instead tell the player to complete Data Siphon (by getting the Network Scanner Holotape to Chief Engineer Myers) and shut down once that has been completed, progressing to Mobilization
