Colonel Whitehill and I rescued a captured Enclave Officer, who told us about a group of Enclave Remnants at an Old Family Bunker. I should meet Colonel Whitehill there.

Player told to go to Old Family Bunker.

I've arrived at the Fairfax Family Bunker. I should follow Colonel Whitehill inside.

We found numerous survivors at the Fairfax Family Bunker, one of them being Chief Engineer Myers. He accepted Colonel Whitehill's request to return to the Oil Rig. I should head back when I'm done here.

Scene with Myers finished. Player told to return to Oil Rig. Set the Oil Rig to Repair Phase 2.

I've returned to the Oil Rig. I should go find Colonel Whitehill.

Player back at the Oil Rig - Move the Bunker Personnel to the Oil Rig.

Player overheard conversation with Ward and Myers, should now talk to Colonel Whitehill.

Colonel Whitehill thanked me for my help. Chief Engineer Myers has been ordered to repair the Oil Rig's Long-Range Transmitter by General Ward, so that he may attempt to contact Enclave High Command. I should wait for the Transmitter to be repaired.

The player has spoken to Colonel Whitehill, and must now wait for the transmitter to be repaired. Set the Oil Rig to Repair Phase 3.

Colonel Whitehill thanked me for my help. Chief Engineer Myers has been ordered to repair the Oil Rig's Long-Range Transmitter by General Ward, so that he may attempt to contact Enclave High Command. The Transmitter should be fixed, so I should meet everyone in the Broadcast room.

A day has passed, repair the Broadcast Room when able, and tell the player to go to the Broadcast Room.

General Ward has successfully made contact with Enclave High Command. He is now coordinating with them to restore the Atlantic Oil Rig and has no orders for me at the moment. I should continue my journey in the meantime.
